We have developed the Eggless Sponge & Fruit Cake recipe
ourselves, the sponge is light in texture and does not stick
to the pallet of the mouth like other readymade mixes. All our
ingredients are supplied by reputable national companies, they
have also provided us with a specification of what ingredients
are used to make the product.
We
have recently started to print characters for example cartoons
or pictures of the customer's choice, which can be placed
directly on the cake. This makes the cake very unique and
special for the customers.
We
have a delivery service of a 5 mile radius from our premises,
we also deliver to the venue of the occasion, like in halls
or clubs.
